New Investment Opportunities: Luxent Fund SICAV Expands Its Portfolio with Two Acquisitions in Prague

Luxent Fund SICAV has completed its third acquisition: a premium 4-bedroom apartment with a usable area of 182 m². The apartment is located in an intimate residential project on Jitřní Street in Prague 4. The unit also features two spacious balconies. We acquired the property on very favorable terms, and thanks to its potential for future appreciation, it is currently being offered for sale on the open market.
Acquisition of Two Apartment Buildings in Prague 2 – Nové Město
Our fourth acquisition involves two apartment buildings on Na Bojišti Street, in the wider center of Prague near I. P. Pavlova Square. These buildings, historically used for residential purposes, are currently covered by signed purchase agreements, and we expect their final transfer to take place in the near future. The properties offer significant potential for conversion into individual residential units, with project preparation and subsequent sale scheduled for this year.
